Hideharu Yuki, a leader in DMAT, and government official Nobutaka Tatematsucommand the cruise ship situation at the headquarters. Doctor Yukiyoshi Sendo and members of DMAT, including Haruto Sanada, decided to board the ship to deal with the situation.
